The GET A $250 REBATE TO USE TOWARD YOUR NEXT ONLINE PURCHASE WHEN YOU SPEND $1500 OR MORE AT NORWOODSAWMILLS.COM offer is available to customers aged 18 or older residing in the continental United States and Canada. This promotion applies exclusively to eligible factory-direct purchases made and paid for by the end-customer from Norwood Enterprise Inc. or Norwood Industries Inc. ("Norwood") between January 14, 2025, and January 20, 2025. To qualify, customers must spend $1500 or more (before taxes and shipping) on Norwood products, including SabreTooth blades, on a single invoice at NorwoodSawmills.com. The promotional rebate will be issued as a $250 credit in the form of a one-time-use promotional code. The promotional code must be redeemed at checkout on NorwoodSawmills.com by April 30, 2025, and will expire after this date. The promotional code cannot be applied toward the qualifying purchase and must be used for a future purchase. The promotional code is valid for a single transaction only. Any unused balance from the promotional rebate will be forfeited and cannot be saved, credited, or refunded. Additionally, the promotional code has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied as a credit toward any outstanding balances. The promotional code cannot be applied toward the purchase of iDRY Kiln products or combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers. This promotion applies exclusively to eligible factory-direct purchases made and paid for by the end-customer from Norwood Enterprise Inc. or Norwood Industries Inc. ("Norwood") between January 20, 2025, and January 24, 2025. To qualify, customers must place an order to purchase a Norwood or Frontier portable sawmill from the Norwood Sawmills Showroom at 35 Reid Drive in Barrie, Ontario during business hours at the Grand Opening event. The discount is applied to regular retail prices and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers. Taxes and shipping are not included in advertised prices. The offer is not applicable to previous purchases, substitutions, or rain checks. No purchase is necessary to enter or win this draw. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The draw is sponsored by Norwood Industries Inc., 35 Reid Dr, Barrie, ON L4N 0M4 (“Sponsor”). It is open to legal residents of the USA and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older or have reached the age of majority in their province, territory, or state at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, their immediate family members, and anyone involved in the administration of this draw are not eligible.

The draw runs from 8:30 AM EST on January 20, 2025, to 3:59 PM EST on January 24, 2025. To enter, visit the Norwood Industries showroom at 35 Reid Dr, Barrie, Ontario, during the entry period. Scan the QR code provided in the showroom and complete the entry form. Limit one entry per person during the draw period.

One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The draw will take place after the entry period ends at 4:00 PM on January 24, 2025. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. The winner will receive a $500 Visa gift card. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

The winner will be notified by phone or email within seven days of the draw. The winner must respond within five days to claim the prize and may be required to complete a declaration of compliance and release form. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the draw in the event of technical issues, unauthorized tampering, or other circumstances beyond its control. Any attempt to undermine the operation of the draw may result in disqualification and legal action.

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these rules and release the Sponsor from any liability arising from participation or prize use.
