iDRY AIRmini Wood Drying Kiln System

The iDRY AIRmini is a modular wood drying solution that can be attached to any pre-constructed drying chamber, usually a custom-built shed, transforming it into a functional kiln. It simplifies the drying process by integrating essential components like heating, airflow, venting, and controls into a single unit.

Installation involves bolting the unit onto a suitable pre-built chamber and connecting it to an appropriate power source. The system is designed for ease of setup and operation. Detailed instructions are available for the drying chamber requirements.

The iDRY AIRmini has a maximum drying capacity of 1,000 BF per load and the unit is optimized for a pack size of 8ft long x 4ft wide x 4ft tall. The AIRmini can dry up to 1,440 board feet of lumber per month, making it suitable for small-scale operations. Based on a typical 4/4 hardwood drying time of about 3 weeks per load. Actual output will vary by species, thickness, starting moisture content, loading and drying conditions.

The iDRY AIRmini requires a 208–240VAC, single-phase, 30A electrical connection. Electrical installation to be completed by a certified professional in accordance with all applicable local codes and regulations.
