A BLADE DESIGNED FOR WIDE CUTS
Gullet depth is the distance from the bottom of the gullet to the blade tip and plays a critical role in managing sawdust. The SabreTooth sawmill bandsaw blades' Deep Gullet profile has added space in the gullet which allows more sawdust to be carried before reaching capacity. This specialized feature boosts performance, particularly when milling wide boards.

Gullet depth is the distance from the bottom of the gullet to the blade tip. The SabreTooth Deep Gullet profile increases the blade’s capacity to carry sawdust through the cut and, in many applications, boosts performance when cutting wide boards. Made from superior high-carbon U.S. steel, the SabreTooth sawmill bandsaw blades feature a precision-ground tooth profile, state-of-the-art induction tooth hardening, and tight-tolerance balanced set.

IMPORTANT: In all cases, regular and precise blade maintenance is critical for milling straight, smooth lumber and extending blade life. Sharpen your blades at least every couple of hours of milling. Please note that there is no warranty on consumable items, such as belts, blades, or bearings.
