Stationary Blade Replacement Kit for DH8 Wood Chipper

The stationary blade, or bed knife, is a hardened steel wear part mounted inside the wood chipper's rotor chamber. It works in tandem with the rotating flywheel knives to shear material into chips. Maintaining the correct knife gap is important for proper chipping performance. Too much clearance can reduce cutting efficiency, while too little clearance can damage the knives if contact occurs.
